Peak Mining has acquired a second data center site in Corpus Christi, Texas, adjacent to our first 300MW mining facility. This marks a significant step forward in our expansion plans.       ⚙️ The site will operate in the attractive Load Zone South of the ERCOT grid, known for its abundance of renewable (wind) energy.   🛠️Substation construction is already underway, with energization set for early 2025.   🚀 The site will deploy state-of-the-art, liquid-cooled HPC data center systems to drastically improve deployment time and lower infrastructure costs.       With this latest addition, Peak Mining now has almost 700MW of HPC data centers in development, accelerating our mission to become one of the largest bitcoin miners globally.       Thanks to Saxet Infrastructure Group and its partners for their construction progress on this project so far.       https://lnkd.in/eAUeH8wr      #NorthernDataGroup #PeakMining #DigitalAssetMining #InnovationBravery #SaxetEnergyPark

As we pave the way for a mature mining industry, we are pleased to share an exciting progress update at our site in Corpus Christi, Texas. ⚙️ The 300MW high voltage substation work is nearly complete and ready for commissioning, bringing us one step closer to energisation. 🛠️ Erection of the first liquid-cooled mining building, and foundation for a second, each capable of supporting 50MW. 📈 Erection of our operations centre is progressing ahead of schedule. 🚀 100MW of GE Prolec transformers are on site.   A big thank you to Saxet Infrastructure Group and its construction partners for progressing the site construction so rapidly. What a fantastic sight.
