It’s no accident “community” is our middle name. Each year, we donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to hundreds of community groups and nonprofits. Among our most impactful community involvement initiatives is our annual Day of Service with all 300+ team members volunteering nearly 1,000 hours with dozens of nonprofits the region. In 2023, our Day of Service partners received $150,000 in contributions from the Penn Community Bank Foundation to accelerate their work in our neighbordhoods.
