The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA) is distributing a substantial number of laptops to increase public access through its Digital Connectivity Technology Program (DCTP) to ensure more Pennsylvanians have the tools they need to succeed. Eligible organizations such as libraries, municipalities, non-profits and more, can apply for laptops to help bridge the digital divide.
