About us

Performance365 is comprised of three experienced board certified sports dietitians whose clients include teams within the NCAA, MLB, NFL, NHL, XFL, FCF. Additional clients include high school athletes, endurance athletes and performance artists. We also have extensive experience in the food, beverage, and sports supplement industries. Skills include development of evidence based content including videos, infographics, blog posts, articles podcasts ,social media posts, and team program building. Performance365 also collaborates with sports medicine departments, fitness professionals, strength and condition specialists and chefs to develop comprehensive programs to serve the needs of all athletes and clients.
