    RNG Project Engineer   Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to make a real impact? We're seeking a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Project Engineer to lead critical projects in the growing RNG sector. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, project managers, and business leaders to successfully deliver cutting-edge RNG projects related to design and installation of biogas and RNG facilities. You’ll handle everything from design reviews to on-site field engineering, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements, stay on budget, and run smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating technical communications, participating in HAZOP reviews, and supporting the startup and commissioning process. If you have a strong background in chemical, process, or mechanical engineering and are excited by the opportunity to work independently on high-impact projects, we want to hear from you.     EV Charging : Many assume that electric vehicle fast chargers promising 350-kilowatt speeds are underperforming due to technical issues or exaggerated claims by manufacturers, but the reality is more nuanced. Of the 55 EV models currently available in the U.S., only five are actually capable of supporting 350 kW charging. Factors like weather conditions, grid capacity, and charger congestion further affect charging speeds.     Clean Energy's RNG production facility breaks ground at South Fork Dairy New chapter for South Fork Dairy with RNG facility resuming development   NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. and DIMMIT, Texas – July 24, 2024 – Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) announced it has broken ground on a renewable natural gas (RNG) production facility at South Fork Dairy in Dimmitt, TX. Home to a 16,000-cow herd, the facility will produce RNG, an ultra-clean transportation fuel that is made from organic waste and receives a negative carbon-intensity score. The construction of the digesters and processing plant is forecasted to cost approximately $85 million and is expected to be completed in 2025. The South Fork Dairy facility is set to be one of the biggest RNG production developments in the country with an anticipated 2.6 million gallons of RNG to be produced annually once completed. All the RNG fuel produced at the site will make its way into Clean Energy’s nationwide network of stations. https://lnkd.in/ddz4J8yT
