The roles of our #Pharmacists have shifted over the years where once they primarily served as the classical apothecary style dispensary they now serve as an integrated member of the healthcare team & the leading patient care advocate. The #Pharmacist is directly involved in patient care and play a vital role in a patient’s recovery via the treatment plan prescribed by our Physicians. Our Pharmacists are critical to public health, and when leveraged properly can save our health system billions of dollars per year Happy National Pharmacist Day!!

Next year holds ambitious plans for the Pharmacy Compounding Foundation to support many of APC’s initiatives to support, promote, and advocate for pharmacy compounding. But PCF has no source of funding other than gifts from APC members. There is no Santa Claus leaving dollars in our stockings.
