pause. Experience is closing out Q3 with some powerful moments of reflection, connection and wellbeing. Last week we had the pleasure of being in 2 places at once. For one, we had the pleasure of partnering with the boldly talented Jasmine Smith, MPS in bringing a group of extremely insightful and incredible executive women together to Pause Around the Table in Washington DC. We took the time to gather, nourish and reflect as we start to wind down 2024. Creating a powerful moment to remember what we desire and the community we are surrounded by in the process of working towards those desires. Simultaneously, we were present with one of our trusted and remarkable Pause facilitators, in providing a supportive sound bath for the hardworking PHILADELPHIA250 team, as an opportunity for them to center themselves and find a moment of relax and recharge. For two separate companies/groups, in two separate cities, our mission remains the same. To create a moment of Pause for those in the space, so that they can continue to step forward in the world connected to themselves and those around them, empowering them to show up fully, intentionally and impactful. Thank you to all were a part of the powerful week. Liliana Germosen Sonja (White) Trueh Monica O. Montgomery Gina Williams Shakirah A.
