The New Milford, NJ Planning Board unanimously adopted the 2024 Master Plan Reexamination Report and plan element amendments. This document is the first comprehensive update of the Borough's Master Plan in 10 years and provides numerous recommendations to enhance livability, economic development and environmental sustainability. Phillips Preiss is honored to have served as New Milford's planning consultants since 2012 and looks forward to helping implement the plan.
