🚨 **Urgent Call to Action for PhinneyWood Businesses!** 🚨 Did you know the PNA is spearheading efforts to establish a Business Improvement Area (BIA) for PhinneyWood? This BIA would provide dedicated funding to revitalize and support our beloved business district, creating opportunities for more services, staff, and resources for the community. 📍 The proposed BIA would span the Greenwood corridor from the Woodland Park Zoo to 90th Street—but we need YOUR help to make it happen! Why a BIA? - Clean & Safe Spaces: A cleaner, safer PhinneyWood for everyone. - Business Growth: Initiatives like the upcoming retail study to support local business development. - Advocacy: Representing the interests of businesses and property owners. - Public Space Activation: Imagine an arts district, street fairs, and vibrant events. - Marketing & Promotion: Fostering a sense of community and belonging through placemaking. We're almost there—but we need YOU! If you’re a PhinneyWood business owner, encourage your property owner to sign the BIA petition sent earlier this summer. We need 60% of property owners to sign for the BIA to move forward. The deadline is November 15, 2024! Please consider sharing this post with PhinneyWood businesses, friends, colleagues and property owners. Learn more about what you can do to help or to request a digital petition, see our link here. https://lnkd.in/ggRGW36v ⏰ **The time is now!** Every petition counts—let's make PhinneyWood the thriving neighborhood it deserves to be! #PhinneyWood #PhinneyRidge #GreenwoodSeattle
