The WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Training programs can take place in the classroom, on-the-job training, internships, or even apprenticeships. Nicholas Digiacco has been employed as the Crisis Case Manager at UPC Connections Health Solutions since early 2020. After being released from prison through the City of Phoenix WIOA program, he received training and was placed in a job that turned into a career.
