Last week, Pa. Senate Bill 1051, a PICPA supported tax appeals reform measure, was signed into law by Governor Josh Shapiro and is now Act 123 of 2024! This new law will make tax appeals more fair for Pennsylvania families and businesses by eliminating unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles and establishing a more effective settlement process.
