The Pikes Peak United Way team is pleased to welcome Cami Bremer, our new President and CEO! As the current Chair of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners, Cami will begin a transition plan that will allow to fulfill her elected duties and start working with the Pikes Peak United Way team. In addition to her MBA degree from UCCS, Cami brings a wealth of leadership experience, diverse perspectives in the public policy domain, and deep understanding of the nonprofit landscape. In her previous experience, Cami served as the provider and community relations manager at the Penrose Cancer Center and as regional director for the American Heart Association. Her experience also includes earlier roles as the public communication specialist for the City of Colorado Springs and the director of governmental affairs for the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. We look forward to bringing our community impact to new heights under Cami’s leadership. Cami recently spoke at the ribbon cutting for the Family Success Center.
