Our Southlake center hosted an unforgettable Parents' Night Out! 🍕🎉 The kids had a blast with pizza and a show, games, potato sack races, volleyball, tie-dyed t-shirts, a dance party, and an epic glow room where they painted with glow paint! This is what we love about working here—creating special moments where our kids can interact, find joy, and just be themselves. Seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter reminds us why we do what we do, and we know the kids will be talking about this for a long time. We can't wait to do it all again soon! Well done, team! 👏👏👏

We're proud of our leaders' dedication to creating a caring and supportive workplace. A big thank you to all our wonderful leaders for making Pine Cone Therapies a place where everyone feels valued.
When we say we grow potential, we're talking about more than just our clients; we're talking about our people too. In our latest engagement survey, we asked our team, "How much do you believe your manager cares about you as a human being?" On a 5-point Likert scale, they gave us an average of 4.7! 🎉 Why is this worth celebrating? Because perfection isn’t the goal—continuous improvement is. This reflects that we're on the right track, empowering our leaders and fostering a culture of empathy and support. It acknowledges the diverse experiences of our team and motivates us to grow and improve. This score is a testament to the incredible work our managers and team members do daily. 👏 Thank you all for being the heart and soul of Gracent. Together, we're building a place where people genuinely care about one another.

Our Southlake Center had a blast celebrating National Water Balloon Day with an exciting day of water play! 💦 Our outdoor area was transformed into a fun-filled water wonderland featuring water balloons, sprinklers, and kiddie pools, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone involved. Water play is a fantastic way for kids to engage in sensory play, develop motor skills, and enjoy the great outdoors. It was a day of pure joy for both the kids and our staff, who had just as much fun splashing around and joining in the festivities. Seeing the joy on the children's faces as they played was a wonderful reminder of the impact that play has on their development and well-being. A big thank you to our amazing team, especially our Assistant Clinical Coordinator Taylor, for organizing such a delightful event! We’re already looking forward to more fun-filled activities like this!
