With that evolution came a strategic rebrand that needed both distinction and cohesion. During our research and discovery, we identified a key challenge: clients can engage EXOS across one, two, or all three service areas, but juggling multiple brand names risked causing confusion. So, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. The result? A unified brand strategy with a new name and a flexible set of brands. Today, the EXOS brand family — EXOS Talent, EXOS IT, and EXOS Cyber — collaborates confidently while letting each sub-brand lean into its area of expertise. Their new name is shorthand for nature’s answer to providing critical support, protection, and growth for many living organisms: exoskeletons. EXOS Companies, formerly Sondhi Solutions, continue to provide that same answer for their clients. We loved collaborating with this tenacious team.
