Playing At Learning, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is focused on providing creative opportunities for learning through making and play. We have partnered with FIRST to deliver engineering-based programs for K-12 youth in Northern California. Our programs are: FIRST LEGO League Jr, FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge. Thank you to Blue River Technology for hosting a FIRST Fun Day at their facility in Santa Clara on September 24th. From 11:30am - 1pm, they will be showing off the program to their employees to help them start teams or become involved with mentoring. We appreciate our corporate helpers!

Head over to Reid Hillview Airport in San Jose this Saturday from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm for their Science and Arts and Aviation and Music Community Festival. They will be hosting over 100 community booths featuring aircraft displays, science organizations, and our very own FIRST Lego League teams! There will be an RC aircraft show, live entertainment, local bands, and hands-on science experiments. Head on over for an afternoon of fun!
