"Our research also suggests adaptive WiFi could position CSPs to charge more per unit per month in addition to their current broadband connectivity fees and lower truck rolls to locations. Plus, when residents have better connectivity experiences due to less interference, CSPs tend to have to contend with fewer customer support tickets and may see a decrease in costly truck rolls.
