Preserving Puerto Rico's Heritage with the Borinquen Trail! The Puerto Rican government is making strides to protect the rail heritage and is supporting and advancing the Borinquen Trail's vision and objectives through legislation P.C. 2141! Plusurbia Design started the Trail's efforts in 2018. A 426-mile corridor, the trail aims to preserve the historical legacy of Puerto Rico's old train tracks, enhance the island's cultural heritage, promote sustainable tourism, and engage and reconnect the community.
