No one goes to school for a degree in GTM. The best sellers and marketers learn as they go, building a network of peers and mentors who help them level up every day. 3 years ago when we started Pocus, we built a community for GTM leaders who were figuring out a brand new playbook called Product-Led Sales. Today, we’re facing another big shift: AI is disrupting GTM. Teams know they need to adapt to the changing market, become more strategic, and embrace AI in their workflows. So, we’re adapting our community to to support GTM teams in this new era and relaunching as the 10x GTM Community. If you’re a GTM practitioner looking to expand your network, stay ahead of the curve, and learn from the best, you need to join. What is the 10x GTM Community? It’s an exclusive Slack group created for the top 1% of practitioners who are constantly raising the bar. A place to ask questions, share knowledge, and get recognized for being the best of the best. Community members gain access to benefits like: - Exclusive events only for community members, like AMAs and workshops with some of the best in the biz - Virtual and in-person networking events, so you can get to know fellow community members better (GTM run clubs, happy hours, and dinners) - Expert guidance on the best ways to add AI to your workflow, including top tool recommendations - Opportunities to be featured in our community spotlights and as an expert voice in Pocus thought leadership content Sound exciting? We just opened membership applications today for a limited time. Applications close on 10/25 and new member will be notified of their acceptance on 10/31. Do you want an AI autopilot or an AI copilot? Brendan Short's question in his most recent newsletter is one we have strong opinions on. We believe in 10x’ing the power of reps. Not replacing them. Here’s why: 1/ The risk to your pipeline is too high with 100% automation. Recently there have been multiple viral posts of AI SDR #fails with insensitive or inaccurate outbound. Your brand will never recover from that kind of mistake. 2/ AI is only as smart as your training materials. It will replicate and amplify any mistakes or biases. Easy to catch if there’s human oversight, but less obvious if it’s “set and forget.” 3/ Prospects can spot AI - and they don’t like it. Inboxes are being inundated with messages that have an uncanny valley feel. If you’re all-in on AI, you’ll get lost in the sea of sameness. Augment a rep with the info and context they need, and their outbound will feel even more human than your competition. What’s your take? Augment or replace? Let us know in the comments 👇

We love this kind of customer feedback!!
My favorite slack message to get from my co-founder, Isaac Pohl-Zaretsky Real quotes from this meeting he had with users of Pocus’ AI Strategy product: ✨“I booked 6 meetings yesterday because of this tool. Using it very heavily on the prospecting side. Really big benefits for call prep too. I’m much faster and more efficient” ✨”This is so f***ing cool. I love how logical the flow is, it makes it easier to stay in Pocus and not go anywhere else” ✨ “This is now where I’m starting my day, especially when I’m planning with AEs how to tackle an account. The tell me who cares button is so helpful, seeing why they were highlighted is also cool” PS - I posted a video of this product earlier today if you want to check it out 👀

Your “enterprise” customers are hiding. You might be missing them because they don’t 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬 like enterprise opps. Especially when you use traditional data and playbooks. They might look like a waste of time for your sales team: self-serve customers or SMBs. But when you look deeper, you find the hidden pipeline... Philip Canton, Sales Leader at Webflow, shared a great story about this kind of pipeline-in-disguise with us recently. His team discovered a self-serve customer with ~4 employees. No enterprise opp here, right?? Wrong. Within weeks of creating their account, this tiny company was standing up dozens of websites and driving a super high volume of site traffic. An account like this might have previously gone unnoticed but thanks to playbooks in Pocus, a rep spotted it as an enterprise opportunity. Digging deeper Phil’s rep also saw that this customer used a competitive product for website translation - a huge upsell opportunity. With this context, Phil and his rep were able to reach out and expand deal size significantly! Get the full story in our Webflow x Pocus case study: https://lnkd.in/eNDMwt_K

RevOps is one of the most misunderstood teams in modern GTM. Are they data? Finance? “Sales light”? They span all of these areas and more. And face all of the same problems those independent teams have, too: messy or missing data, misalignment with cross-functional partners, struggles with scaling. But AI is able to help with some of the biggest pain points on this list and is rapidly changing the way RevOps does business. Join us this Thursday, October 10 for an AMA with Tessa Whittaker, VP of RevOps at ZoomInfo, all about how AI is shaping the modern RevOps team. We’ll be digging into: ▶️ Tessa’s fascinating journey from EA to VP of RevOps ▶️ Where teams are facing the biggest friction today ▶️ The AI tools that can help solve RevOps’ challenges ▶️ What the future of RevOps looks like in the age of AI Snag your spot here and share your questions for Tessa: https://lnkd.in/e64xcpMC PS - Everyone who registers gets the replay sent directly to them afterward! Shoutout to Everstage for the excellent RevOps meme 😆
