Point32Health colleagues and guests celebrated National Disability Employment Awareness Month earlier this week with a cultural social hour hosted by our DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) team and Colleague Resource Group Abilities+. The event featured guest speaker Becky Kekula, Disability Equality Index senior director of Disability:IN and a dance performance by Ellice Patterson, M.S., the founder/executive director of Abilities Dance, a Boston-based dance company for artists with and without disabilities. Executive champions of our Abilities+ CRG Hemant Hora MD, FACP and Sheila Fireman also presented.

Every dollar raised was matched by the Point32Health Foundation, supporting important Alzheimer’s Association programs such as the 24/7 hotline, education, research and advocacy work.
