Poprouser was created with the sole purpose of cultivating an innovative, engaged, effective society of people, with the intent to future-proof the workforce and deliver value in areas otherwise unexplored. HR & People Ops is our means to execute that vision. Poprouser is a People Operations technology and service ecosystem to help founders, owners, executives, and other senior leadership of companies to create People systems as a competitive advantage. We build great culture-complemented, productive, future-proofed, and happy teams by replacing reactionary HR with a human-centric, tech-enabled and strategic People function. We augment your team, or operate the entire function if you don’t have a team.     "Hey - what do you call that trick?" Aerial Arts isn't known for great common languages. Remote work is sorta the same, and it's time we got clear definitions on Geography and Office expectations. Here my shot: 🌎 Globally Distributed Folks are free to work anywhere in the world, as long as they have the proper authorization. Payroll and HR need to be informed for paper pushing activities. 🇺🇸 Localized Employees are restricted to work in a particular country, region or area. This may be due to taxes, business registration, or other legal nuances. 💻 Remote First Roles are not assigned to an in-office location, and there isn't an expectation for folks to make an appearance. 🏡 Work from home Typically, you're expected to be in an office location, but occasionally, and temporarily, it's approved to work from home. ♻️ Hybrid On a company approved (or directed) cadence, you will be expected to be in an office or at a work location. 🏢 In Office An antiquated approach to collaboration that requires people to put in extra effort to go sit in a room they don't like all day. 😉 These definitions can help folks understand the geographical expectations and the work location expectations when looking at jobs. "We're remote first, localized to North America" feels alot clearer than "We're remote! (But you have to be in NY and come to the office once per week.)" What do you think?     In a recent post, we identified a problem with the way #AI is communicated and sold to the public: "▶ Tech is evolving fast – AI, automation, and data analytics are reshaping every industry. Content from big publishers are not telling you how to deploy, but are telling you how impactful it is, almost waving it in your face that they are primed for the future, but you aren't. So it's up to you to learn how to deploy better tech solutions and improve upon the design." They never tell you how to implement that in your organization, because that in itself is a product. At Poprouser we want you to understand the importance of deployment and upskilling before we even meet.

    The very first one. ☝🏽🪙 I'm excited to share some great news with you all! This week Poprouser was officially awarded our first contract with a federal agency, with contract signed and ready for work. So happy to share our vision on the national stage. From this point forward, we can't be stopped or slowed down. We have more success on the horizon, with COVID era challenges becoming nothing more than learning opportunities in the rear view mirror. I want to think those who enabled my work in getting us ready for government contracts, specifically my team members Mohales Deis and Nicole H., you held it down when I was doing biz dev and setting it all up. I also want to thank Denny Garcia, Esq. and Damerlys Perez - HR Professional MBA Human Resources Management you were the anchor of our Miami operations. without you, who knows where we'd be right now. Next time I report back I will be holding up two fingers. ✌🏽 and maybe a bigger smile. my wife always does say I need to smile more.
