We are excited to announce the Port of Anacortes Board of Commissioners unanimously voted during a Special Commission Meeting on May 13 to select Brett Greenwood as the Port’s next Executive Director. “We’re excited to offer Mr. Greenwood the position of Executive Director for the Port of Anacortes,” said Commission President Jon Ronngren. “His demonstrated leadership and public agency experience, including experience working with elected boards and managing public funding and projects, stood out to us. The Port of Anacortes is seeking to hire a new Executive Director. This position will play a dynamic role in leading the Port through many opportunities that lie ahead, including growing the local economy in harmony with a thriving community; continuing a tradition of vigorous investment in public infrastructure to support commerce and jobs; strengthening partnerships and relationships within the community; and supporting a cohesive team of professionals as the Port continues to evolve and thrive.
