Located in Boardman, Oregon, the Port of Morrow is Oregon’s second largest port. Four industrial parks offer shovel-ready sites ranging from 1 to 2,000 acres in size. The Tidewater Terminal is the largest container terminal upriver of Portland. Northwest Container Services loads containers onto rail cars for shipment.
