We’re on a mission to leave the commercial real estate industry better than we found it—are you with us? Architects, interior designers, developers, tradespeople, HR, and more: this opportunity is for you. Porter’s commercial real estate workforce development program, On The Rise, will soon be starting up with our newest cohort of fresh talent and innovative thinkers. This 9-week training program introduces talented BIPOC youth to the world of CRE with classes and panel discussions specific to careers that often require a college education, like design or project and facilities management, as well as careers that don’t. We’re looking for volunteer instructors who can contribute their expertise to help our students achieve a thorough understanding of the skills and tools required to start their journey into our industry.   Interested in learning more about how to become a volunteer instructor?
