We are excited about the opening of the brand-new, state of the art VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Denton, TX. The 10-year SDVOSB set aside contract to construct, equip, staff and operate this CBOC was awarded to our joint venture company, Potomac Valor Healthcare. Potomac Valor Healthcare is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Potomac Healthcare Solutions is the majority owner of the joint venture. This new clinic opened this month and provides Veterans with primary care and specialty health services.
