The Fulfill-ing Lifestyle Acquiring the right viewpoint of fulfillment has helped me stay focused on continually growing daily. My growth is not attached to my level of self-belief or whether I can become enough; it is attached to my pursuit of sustaining a lifestyle of continual growth. It’s much more than just setting a goal to achieve; growth is my ultimate goal. Because the key to a fulfilling life, truly, is a lifestyle of continual growth. This is not something that can be left to chance and expected to happen for us. It’s a choice we all must make individually and I choose a lifestyle of continual growth. I believe the #1 greatest difference between happy people and unhappy people is; continual growth. It’s an interesting discovery I noticed and tested throughout the past years. When people are growing on a regular basis, they are happy on a regular basis. Those who aren’t growing, aren’t usually happy. In fact, I’ve never met a person who was continuously growing, being consistently negative and unhappy. When someone is continually developing themselves they have a tendency to sustain great amounts of positive thinking, happiness, optimism, and fulfillment. But on the other hand, if there's little to no growth people have a tendency to sustain great amounts of negative thinking, unhappiness, pessimism, depression, inadequacy, bitterness, envy, and pride.
