Purpose-built for NVIDIA Blackwell systems, this cutting-edge center is designed to meet the demanding needs of AI and ML applications. featuring a 100MW IT load with room for expansion, it is optimized in collaboration with our prospective hyperscaler tenant to scale their operations effectively. As early pioneers in AI data center development, we're ahead of the curve and nearing the energizing phase. 🏗Construction Update: ⏹ Mechanical equipment is being placed, including indoor tanks and outdoor chillers, ensuring robust and efficient liquid cooling. ⏹ The substation pad is being prepared, paving the way for reliable power infrastructure. ⏹ Roof cooling units are set, enhancing the efficiency of our advanced cooling systems.
