NEWSTAR announced today its acquisition of two properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. The properties are planned for the development of 103 homes in two new single-family build-to-rent communities. NEWSTAR proudly announces the successful acquisition of 40 acres in Jacksonville, Florida, in partnership with Red Cedar Homes.
