    Is there anything more delightful for us Type A pros than the first day of a new month - nay, a new quarter - falling on a Monday? Swoon! And for our government and nonprofit friends, it's a whole new year! Congratulations, you're in a new budget, and for many of our clients, an entirely new organizational model. This, my friends, is the definition of a New Game. You know we love that New Year energy, and it's especially special to have a "do over" halfway through the year, the furthest point in either direction from New Year's Day. Here's how to harness your New Year / New Quarter spirit: Ask the Most Important Question. What is the single most important thing for me/us to achieve this quarter? You can ask the same for the month or the year. The answer must be measurable. Goals are not a to do list; they're a destination. Make a Decision. Write your goals down. Where you'll see them. Check in with them weekly. Course correct when needed. Solidify Your Squad. You can't do anything remarkable alone. Get an accountability buddy. If you need group accountability or clear goals, Pregame has your back. Happy New Year, dear players. And quarter. And month. Let's win this.
