Launching a product isn’t a walk in the park—it's more like a high-stakes game of chess where every move counts. Gabriella DeFlorio from Prelay has been there, done that, and got the t-shirt. When launching a product, you can’t lose touch with the customers. Gabriella says it's a key to success. Here's her advice. 1. Spot the Gap: You think you've got the next big thing? Great. Now, what's the problem you're solving? Gabriella saw a gap in team selling and filled it. No guesswork, just solid market insight. 2. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Forget lone wolves; you need a pack. A team with diverse skills and the guts to tackle the hard stuff. A cohesive team can crack the code, and tackle problems effectively. 3. Talk Straight, No Bull: Transparency, people—it's not optional. Keep the lines of communication wide open, or you'll trip over your own feet. Clear and consistent transparency can mitigate misunderstandings and drive actual progress. 4. Test, Tweak, Repeat: Beta-testing isn’t a box-ticking exercise; it's your lifeline to reality. Get out there, get feedback, and LISTEN. Gabriella let the feedback be her guide. 5. Own Your Space: You wanna be a household name? Then make some noise. Get your name out there, be relentless, and make sure people know who you are. Launching a product is a challenging yet rewarding journey whether you are a new company or 20 years in business. It may be overwhelming at times but don't let that stop you.
