Foster the Future is built on the goal of mobilizing the communications industry for transformative change - amplifying diverse voices and accelerating the career growth of colleagues from under-represented backgrounds. The program is focused on three key components: Fellowship 🎓 An opportunity for college students of diverse backgrounds to pave their way in the industry and gain valuable, real-world work experience through partnerships with some of the best agencies in the business. Sponsorship 📈 An open-source guide to help agencies accelerate career paths for their internal mid-level diverse candidates. Mentorship 🤝 Sponsorship participants also gain access to the Foster the Future Mentorship Network, where participants are matched with mentors from a group of seasoned communications leaders from some of the world’s leading brands, including Google, Nike, Threshold Ventures, Johnson & Johnson, and BlackRock.
