We would like to highlight our Vice President of Learning and Development, Lindsay Morgan! Lindsay has been with Prestige for almost 20 years! She has worked in various positions within the company including Collector, Collections AVP, Collections Trainer, Inventory AVP, and is currently helping manage Insurance Claims and is the VP of Learning and Development. Before coming to Prestige, Lindsay graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in Sociology with a Certificate in Criminology! Lindsay is known at Prestige for her organization, integrity, and constant support and encouragement of learning. Lindsay loves the people she gets to work with every day, as well as the continuous opportunity she has to expand her knowledge and impacts from her various work tasks. Outside of work Lindsay loves tennis, reading, golfing, traveling, and being with her friends and family!

🌟Prestige would like to highlight one of our senior leaders, Tyler Bredthauer! 🌟 Tyler is our Chief Compliance Officer & Internal Auditor. He brings many years of experience from companies like the FDIC and YRC Worldwide Inc. He has been contributing to the growth and progression of Prestige for over 10 years now! 📈 Tyler is known by others around him to be a reliable, hardworking, patient, and detail-oriented individual. His skills have greatly impacted who the company is today. Tyler brings to our company deep knowledge about compliance, an education of bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah, and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Avila University. 🎓 Tyler’s influence has had many positive impacts on the culture and image of Prestige. 🏆 One of Tyler’s favorite things about Prestige is the great people he works with. 👥 When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his wife and five boys!  He loves being involved in his kids’ activities and volunteering his time and efforts in his community and church. Prestige values the great leader Tyler is and the care he shows for others around him. 🌟 Prestige would like to highlight one of our senior leaders, Pepo Tsvetanov! 🌟 Pepo is our Chief Financial Officer and has been with Prestige for almost two years. He brings great experience and knowledge to Prestige through an MBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame, a bachelor’s in economics, and almost 20 years of experience working with Capitol One! Pepo uses his strategic and integrative thinking skills to contribute to the growth and stewardship attitude here at Prestige. He thrives on the Prestige culture of putting customers first and helping them find the best results. He is known by those around him to be very funny. When he isn’t working, Pepo loves soccer, skiing, hiking, and exercising. He also loves to listen to health podcasts! Before coming to America, Pepo also served a year in the Bulgarian army. He also enjoys any time he has with his wife and two kids. We are grateful for the experience and insights we receive daily from Pepo and look forward to the many more additions he will bring in the years to come!

Mitchell's academic background speaks volumes about his commitment to excellence. With an MBA from Westminster and a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from BYU, he brings knowledge and experience to our organization. 🎓 What truly sets Mitch apart is his unwavering passion for Prestige and his team. He leads with enthusiasm, hard work, and a positive outlook, inspiring those around him to strive for greatness. I want to introduce our Vice President of Legal Administration, Dr. Sadie Oldham. Sadie has been with Prestige for over ten years! 🎉 While at Prestige, she started as a Collector and admirably worked up to her current role as Vice President. Sadie holds a doctorate degree in Management and a master’s degree in behavioral psychology from the University of Phoenix. 🎓 Sadie enjoys learning and consistently seeks opportunities that challenge her to be the best version of herself daily. Sadie embraces the Prestige culture with her leadership and inspiration. She is excellent at helping her team learn and grow by giving them the confidence to share ideas and think outside the box to enhance the workplace. She is a true leader and is always willing to take time to coach and develop employees within the corporation. I want to introduce our Vice President of Collections, Jim Dotson. Jim has been with Prestige for over an impressive 21 years! He was first hired as a Collector and has held various leadership roles throughout our Collections department and as the Senior Vice President of Rally. Jim has been married to his wife for 23 years, and they have eight amazing children. He is a proud grandpa of three grandsons and a granddaughter.  If you know Jim, you would know his fierce love for the Raiders! Jim carries a high flag promoting the Prestige culture and enjoys being a part of a big company with a family feel. Jim has a high level of work ethic and works hard to help in every situation that comes his way. Jim is a leader who can inspire employees to be the best versions of themselves and allows others to be authentic in his presence. His knowledge of Collections and logical approach bring tremendous value to Prestige’s team. We appreciate all he does for the company, most notably the people at Prestige!
