About us
For over 55 years, PRIDE Industries has delivered business excellence with a positive social impact. Through proven business performance, we are shifting the paradigm about the value people with disabilities bring to a high-performance workforce. We optimize our customers’ business operations while creating sustainable career opportunities and training for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. We prove the value of an inclusive workforce model every day through our social enterprise model and operational success across multiple industries. Our services include facilities operations and maintenance services, custodial services, contract manufacturing, supply chain management, packaging and fulfillment services, and staffing and recruitment to commercial and government organizations nationwide. Our goal is to create 100,000 jobs for people with disabilities. One in five Americans has a disability, and two-thirds of working-age Americans with disabilities are unemployed. And that belief shapes everything we are as a company. We are bound by a set of core values and a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Today marks the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990. The ADA prohibits discrimination against #peoplewithdisabilities in several areas, including employment. According to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, this act of Congress is a prime reason why #inclusiveemployment has increased over the past few decades. That's news we can all celebrate! #ThinkInclusion Image: Two men high five while seated at a table in an outdoor cafe, and the words "July 26, The Americans with Disabilities Act 34th Anniversary"

Today we held a signing ceremony to mark our new status as a U.S. Army PaYS Program partner. The event took place at our Career Hub in Sacramento and was part of our #NationalHireAVeteranDay celebration. Our own Ameer L. Habeeb delivered a beautiful rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Commander Sergeant Major (ret.) William A. Green IV and Captain Saif S. Hassan both gave heartfelt speeches. Thanks to everyone who helped us mark this important occasion! #HireAVet Image: Captain Saif S. Hassan and Tim Young, SHRM-SCP hold a ceremonial sword during the cake-cutting ceremony.
