I've said it before and I'll say it over and over again: there are two major pitfalls that rate-limit executives' ability in the C-Suite: under-indexing on 1) "First Team" leadership and 2) P&L command.
In 2023 Primary Venture Partners launched our "On the Business" program to help senior women in SaaS (C- and VP-levels only) buck these trends and excel in the executive suite and the boardroom. 15 months later, we've reached more than 600 women, have an NPS of 91, a <2% no show rate (including ZERO no shows at our most recent SF event), and were recently featured in Forbes.
