We are excited to announce the appointment of Phil Langelin as Chief Financial Officer, here at PRO-spectus! Phil brings extensive finance leadership experience and has a proven track record of delivering transformational change. In this key role, Phil will lead PRO-spectus’ finance function and help drive the company’s strategic vision. Phil most recently was the CFO at Tandem HR, a Professional Employer Organization offering high-touch HR outsourced solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to Tandem HR, Phil worked in a variety of roles for private equity-owned and publicly traded companies, and in the audit practice at KPMG, a “big 4” accounting firm. With a Bachelors degree and Masters in Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, we are confident that Phil’s leadership will help set new standards of excellence for the finance organization at PRO-spectus.
