For today’s #ProfoundSpotlight, we’ll be featuring Kelly Virag, Co-Owner of All Pest of Syracuse! Kelly and her husband Ray run All Pest of Syracuse, a family-owned and operated pest control company that puts clients’ needs at the forefront. Her dedication to building strong, long-term relationships with clients has been a cornerstone of their success. The business was originally founded in 2000 by her in-laws, and after working with the company for four years (and Ray for 10), Kelly and Ray took ownership in 2021. Since then, they have grown the business from 321 active customers to an impressive 1,877. Under Kelly’s leadership, All Pest of Syracuse operates with a commitment to transparency and trust. The company offers free inspections, guarantees all its work, and never requires clients to sign contracts. Kelly believes their service speaks for itself and ensures no client feels locked into a commitment. Her priority is always honesty—ensuring that clients only pay for services they truly need, and their accounts are carefully monitored to avoid unnecessary expenses. When she’s not focused on growing the business, Kelly devotes her time to her family. She and Ray have four children: three boys, aged 17, 14, and 7, and a 4-year-old daughter. All of the kids lend a hand with the family business, from office organization to working in the field. In her downtime, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her family, hiking, watching movies, and supporting her eldest son’s quad racing competitions on Sundays.

For today’s #ProfoundSpotlight, we’ll be featuring Caitlin W., Co-Founder of Captivate IV Wellness and Beauty Bar! Bringing the first-ever wellness center to the Upstate/Western NY region that focuses on the holistic connection between body and mind. As a Registered Nurse with extensive expertise in Neuromodulation, Cardiac Care, Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, and IV Therapy, Caitlin has dedicated her career to optimizing healthcare and promoting preventative wellness. Through her frequent travels and keen observations, Caitlin identified a significant gap in wellness services in her community, where the latest practices thriving in larger cities were sorely lacking. Drawing on her 15 years of experience in the healthcare field and the extensive medical knowledge of her partners, she co-founded Captivate, which offers a curated and constantly evolving menu of cutting-edge wellness therapies designed to resonate with both the physical body and the mind and spirit. Caitlin feels deeply that normalizing mental health as a vital part of self-care is essential for both personal well-being and the well-being of those around her. She recognizes that nurturing one’s mental health is just as important as caring for the body, and she embraces this belief wholeheartedly. Caitlin is a proud graduate of The University of Rochester School of Nursing and LeMoyne College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Throughout her career, she has maintained a passionate commitment to the principles of preventative wellness and vitality, and she is excited to introduce innovative therapies to the community she calls home. Caitlin’s central roles are that of a wife and mother. She is married to Adam Wojdyla, the chief CRNA at Crouse Hospital, and is the mother of Bennett (8) and Gwyneth (7). When she isn’t working, Caitlin is often found driving her kids to activities, and immersed in the ballet studio or cheering on the sidelines of football and lacrosse fields.
