Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that it is not cruel and unusual to impose a fine on an unhoused person who is sleeping outside, even when they have no other place to go. This ruling is a significant step in the wrong direction. We are proud to reveal that our storied residence will now bear the name "Christopher J. Seward Residence". We thank the Seward family for their incredible generosity in helping us make improvements to both the exterior and interior (wait until you see our new lobby) to create a more welcoming atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors!
