About us

ProjectMe is a behavioral health program that provides therapy services to clients from the comfort of their home or office via a smart device, or in-person in Phoenix, AZ. Services are provided by certified and licensed therapists on a HIPPA compliant platform in order to protect the client's privacy and confidentiality. Our therapists are only licensed to treat clients who are physically located in the state of Arizona. Exclusion criteria: No psychiatry, minors, couples, or family and marriage counseling. ProjectMe is about taking the time for self-care and focusing on personal growth and empowerment. Our professional team of counselors at ProjectMe want to help facilitate growth and empower individuals to live fuller happier lives. We work with individuals who are struggling to reconnect, may be feeling symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, isolation, low self-esteem, hopelessness, or simply feeling stuck and not knowing how to move forward. ProjectMe understands challenges and hardships are guaranteed to happen to everyone at some point in life. How the individual responds to these experiences can create obstacles to living the life they desire. Bad things happen. Everyone goes through periods of stress, anxiety, or even depression. But you do not have to do it alone. Our trained therapists at ProjectMe have experience in multiple therapy modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Brainspotting to fit the individual need(s) of each client.
