Salary transparency is a good thing It's coming to Massachusetts, the bill is on it's way to the Governor. 📌 Employers with 25 + employees need to disclose a salary range when posting a position 📌 An employee has the right to ask for the salary range when applying for a job or seeking a promotion 📌 Employers with more than 100 employees will need to share their federal wage and workforce data reports with the MA Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development While the 2016 Equal Pay Act had an impact, it didn't close the gap.
