This week marks the end of another successful summer intern program at ProPetro. From active roles in departments like Frac Engineering, HR, Finance and more, to field visits, museum tours and community service, our interns gained firsthand experience across our organization. Our interns proudly represented their universities from across the region, including Texas A&M, Texas Tech, University of Oklahoma, University of Houston, Texas Christian University, Angelo State University, West Texas A&M, and various University of Texas campuses. We're grateful for the hard work and fresh perspectives our interns brought to our team. Wishing them all the best in their future endeavors!

Our Q2 Financial Result Report, announced today, July 31, showcased low capital spending, execution of selective M&A, and a high EBITDA to free cash flow conversion, leading to sustainable free cash flow growth. “In the second quarter of 2024, despite industry challenges, ProPetro's strategic focus on industrializing our business and creating long term value remains strong. We continue to generate strong free cash flow, showcasing the effectiveness of our strategy.” - Sam Sledge, ProPetro Chief Executive Officer 🔴 Year-to-date net cash provided by operating activities, Free Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow adjusted for Acquisition Consideration were $180 million, $89 million, and $110 million, respectively. ⚫️ Four FORCE electric hydraulic fracturing fleets are now under contract to leading customers with three FORCE electric fleets currently operating. 🔴 Placed an order for our fifth FORCE electric fleet to be delivered and deployed in 2024. ⚫️ Completed the acquisition of Aqua Prop LLC, an innovative provider of cost-effective wet sand solutions. 🔴 Repurchased and retired 2.5 million shares during the quarter with total repurchases of 11.3 million shares representing approximately 10% of outstanding shares since plan inception in May 2023. This year’s School Supply Drive was a collective effort! Employees from ProPetro Services, Silvertip Completion Services and GD Energy collected approximately 3,173 items for local students and teachers. On July 20th, we partnered with Community Worship Center at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center to pass out the supplies. Thank you to all who contributed to this wonderful experience. #community #permianbasin

Throughout the summer, students in our internship program visit different areas of ProPetro’s operations to get a feel for how our organization meets and exceeds customer expectations. Recently, our summer interns were able to visit ProPetro’s cementing division and Silvertip’s headquarters to gain a greater understanding of our completion services. Thank you to the ProPetro and Silvertip staff that providing our interns with a warm welcome and an informative tour of the facilities. 

“It all happens because somebody in IT did something behind the scenes to get it all working together.” - Alex Padron, IT Manager Our Information Technology department at ProPetro is responsible keeping our systems up and running to ensure operations can continue 24/7. From audio/visual equipment in conference rooms to our corporate network and cyber security, our skilled IT team supports our staff on a day-to-day basis. The work our IT team does to bring communications from the field into the office helps facilitate smooth operations for all departments. By incorporating new technology and custom integrations, our IT team brings all of our data together to reduce downtime and help our organization make insightful decisions. Thank you to Breck Young, Alex Padron, MBA, Shane Wright, and Juan Bravo for the work you do behind the scenes to keep our staff communicating and operating in safe and efficient ways.
