Welcome to Proximity Gap Network! Our mission is to unite communities and provide essential resources to those facing homelessness, healthcare challenges, and educational gaps. We bridge the gap between those who want to help and those in need through strategic partnerships with organizations and churches. Why We Do What We Do: Our founder, Earl Williams, witnessed the heart-wrenching experiences of individuals turned away from shelters despite seeking help. We take action to meet the physical needs of those in distress, nurturing authentic relationships along the way. Making an Impact Through Faith in Action: We believe that faith must be accompanied by action. Our roadmap guides us in creating a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve, offering support, resources, and hope in times of need. Our Road Map: Building Strong Communities: Network: Our Case Management System connects caring organizations with individuals in need, providing personalized roadmaps to recovery. Proximity Centers: These discipleship hubs foster spiritual, emotional, and relational growth within rural Georgia communities. Community Podcast: A platform for inspiring discussions, sharing stories of community impact, and connecting with mission-driven individuals. Transitional Housing Program: Supporting single mothers experiencing homelessness, helping them find employment and achieve independence. Partner with Us to Make a Difference: As a registered 501c3 Non-Profit organization, we rely on the support of compassionate individuals like you to expand our network and bridge the gap between resources and those in need. 🎒 We’re thrilled to share that our back-to-school event this past weekend was a tremendous success! We served over 800 students, providing them with school supplies, hygiene kits, clothes, and food to help them start the school year off right. A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers and generous donors who made this possible. Special thanks to Victory Church, Victory Young Adults, and Generations Church for their incredible support.
