Born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles, Cinthya is a proud wife and mother of three. She cherishes family time, especially Friday movie nights, camping adventures in Sequoia, beach days, and traveling. One of their favorite destinations? We’re excited to announce that Greg Casper has been promoted to Sales and Service Manager for our Austin, TX Cleanroom Plant! Greg’s journey with Prudential began in June 2024 as an MPTP at our Austin, TX Plant, where he gained valuable experience across both the Cleanroom and Industrial sectors. His hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Sales and Service Manager Trainee for our Nashua, NH Cleanroom Plant, leading him to this well-deserved new role! A South Dakota State University graduate with a degree in Economics, Greg was also a member of the baseball team. Originally from Idaho, he has lived across the country but is excited to be back in Austin, TX! When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or cheering for the Washington Commanders. 🏌️♂️🏈 Please join us in celebrating Greg’s achievements and welcoming him back to Texas! 🎊

Join us in congratulating Phillip Sturdevant on his promotion to Regional Director of Sales for our East Region Sales Plants! Phillip’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring. After graduating from Texas State University in 2013 with a degree in Business Marketing, he took a leap of faith and moved to Burbank, CA, where he kick-started his career as an Operations Manager with Avis Budget Group. Over the next several years, Phillip climbed the ranks, transitioning into Sales Performance roles and eventually overseeing Regional Sales Performance for the Western U.S. In 2018, Phillip married his best friend and wife, Carolyn, in Santa Barbara. The couple moved back to San Antonio in 2019 to start their family and be closer to loved ones. Phillip joined Prudential in June 2022 as a District Sales Manager, drawn by the company’s culture and opportunities for growth. Today, we celebrate his well-earned promotion to Regional Director of Sales! Beyond his professional success, Phillip is a dedicated family man. He and Carolyn are proud parents to Addison (born in 2021) and Samuel (born in 2023). When he’s not excelling at work, Phillip enjoys playing guitar with his friends in an Alice in Chains cover band, Three-Legged Dog. We’re excited to see all the amazing contributions Phillip will bring to this new role and wish him continued success in helping Prudential grow! 👏

Congratulations to Sarahy Reyes on her promotion to Route Manager at the Los Angeles, CA Cleanroom Plant! 🎉 Sarahy’s journey with Prudential has been nothing short of impressive. She joined us in March 2022 as an order fulfillment operator at the Distribution Center, where her hard work and dedication quickly stood out. Within a year, she earned a promotion to warehouse/back-up driver, and shortly after, advanced to line driver. Eager to expand her knowledge, Sarahy transferred to the Los Angeles, CA Cleanroom Plant in July 2024 as a CSvR, where she excelled in managing routes and servicing major accounts like Northrop Grumman. When the Route Manager position opened, Sarahy stepped up and proved to be the perfect fit for the role. Outside of work, Sarahy is a proud Los Angeles native who values family above all. She’s a big fan of Disneyland and the Dodgers and is always seeking her next adventure. Whether she’s at the ballpark, the happiest place on earth, or spending quality time with loved ones, Sarahy brings passion and energy to everything she does. Congratulations to Christine Schurter on her promotion to Senior IT Analyst! 🎉 Christine joined Prudential in 2019 as an IT Analyst and has been an integral part of our IT team ever since. From managing complex integrations between Oracle, ABS, and Direct Sales systems to contributing to the 2021 Oracle upgrade project, Christine has consistently showcased her expertise and dedication. Most recently, Christine played a key role in the successful implementation of NetSuite CRM and ERP in 2024, building extensive knowledge of both the platform and Prudential’s business operations. Her hard work and commitment paid off when she earned her NetSuite Certified Financial User certification in August 2024. Christine’s outstanding helpdesk support has benefited teams across Sales, Service, and Corporate Services, and she will continue to provide exceptional support while taking on new IT projects in her expanded role. Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking with family and friends, spending quality time with her two beloved nieces, tackling jigsaw puzzles, and playing the violin. We are welcoming Ocean Chen to the Prudential family as our new IT Help Desk Analyst! Ocean is a recent graduate of the University of California, Riverside, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. With experience at Matrix One, a robotics-focused startup, Ocean contributed to designing user interfaces for devices. He also honed his technical skills as a call-center representative for Mercedes Benz, where he was the go-to person for IT support. Beyond his professional background, Ocean has worked on impressive personal projects, including an E-commerce website, a Financial Tracking website, and a Pickleball scorekeeping app used by the California Association of Pickleball Athletes (CAPA) during tournaments. When he’s not solving IT challenges, Ocean enjoys playing Pickleball, video games, and music. A talented pianist, he received the Level 10 Piano Merit Honors Award from the Music Teachers Association of California and was invited to perform at their State Convention. His technical passions also include web development, server building, and statistics. We’re thrilled to have Ocean on board and can’t wait to see the amazing contributions he’ll bring to the team! 🎉

Matt joined Prudential Overall Supply in 2020 at our Colonial Heights, VA Plant, quickly proving his dedication and commitment. In 2021, he made the bold move to Denver to continue growing with the company and be closer to family. His hard work and leadership earned him a promotion to Route Manager in December 2023, and now, he’s stepping into the role of Sales and Service Manager. Matt has become an invaluable part of the Denver team, always ready to step up and contribute wherever needed. Beyond his professional achievements, Matt embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, from hiking and camping to spending quality time with family and friends.
