🎬 We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the post-production process, assisting our experienced producers and content creators in creating high-quality videos for a variety of clients, including government agencies and commercial entities. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Video Editing: Collaborating with our senior editors to edit a wide range of video projects, from government training videos to professional commercial shoots. You will be responsible for trimming footage, adding transitions, and incorporating sound effects and music to create engaging and impactful final products. • Production Support: Contributing to the overall production process by assisting with tasks such as gathering equipment, setting up shoots, and operating cameras as needed. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential. Last week, thousands of Oklahoma Department of Human Services professionals gathered to shape the future of family support in Oklahoma at the 2024 Inaugural Familyhood Statewide Training #Familyhood24 The two-day training located at the Oklahoma City Convention Center was a perfect opportunity to learn how work connects with the Familyhood initiative — a comprehensive approach designed to enhance family support services across Oklahoma — and how its broader goals can contribute to statewide success.   With the goal to expand their tool kits, a wide range of Familyhood services were offered such as healthy relationships, fatherhood, parenting, financial literacy and economic stability. Each professional gained practical skills to utilize these resources effectively at work. Let's not forget the meaningful connections that were made and the collective impact this training had for #Oklahoma families. ⭐ Location Muskogee: The Facilitator/Career Coach is responsible for providing support to programs within the division of Public Strategies that develops, informs and implements strategies and interventions in a broad range of areas working with low income and disadvantaged families including: Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) efforts focused on workforce development, employment partnerships and placement, adult education, vocational and skills-based job training, job readiness, executive function, and other activities to improve economic self-sufficiency. While utilizing the strength-based approach, the coach will help clients access needs-related resources to alleviate program participation barriers; make connections to supplemental services to achieve goals related to relationship, parenting, and job readiness. The Facilitator/Career Coach will work with participants in group settings and one-on-one to identify barriers, strengths and goals and reinforce skills learned in workshops. In addition, the Facilitator/Career Coach will provide information, referral, and follow-up as needed to facilitate participation in program services and activities such as job search, vocational training, educational services, job retention and supports for barrier removal. They will be responsible for documenting all communication with and services provided to clients and making this information available for reporting purposes.
