My name is Erin Rooksberry, I recently became a patient in the ER after waking up with really bad abdominal pain. I was treated with kindness and respect and was well cared for while I was there. I was discharged and I told to follow up if I was still having problems. Later in the week I went and saw Dr. Braun with Putnam Surgical Specialties and we decided my appendix needed to come out. His office staff were great and so kind and fought with my insurance to get the surgery approved. A couple days later I had surgery at PCH's surgery center. The nurses and other staff were amazing! I knew I was in good hands! I can't thank the ER and surgery staff enough for how well I was treated! Thankful to have these resources close to home!
