𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀, I am writing to let you know that I decided to leave BMI at the end of 2024 due to the acceptation on new career opportunities. It has been an incredible journey working alongside every one of you. In my two-and-a-half years with BMI, I worked with (Country) Quality Managers, Plant Managers, SAP consultants, Board Members and colleagues working in the factories and in the offices, not only in The Netherlands. I joined the company from earlier careers at Herbalife, Randstad, Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, Albert Heijn and at other companies in permanent or temporarily-based roles, as employee or as consultant. Quality Management expertise is critical to the BMI Group, particularly as the company continues with innovations like recycling materials with the new Icopal APP top- and underlayers Eshagum and Eshabase. I contributed to the new ways of working since the SAP S4HANA implementation and worked on many documentations like SOPs, Work Instructions and QMSs for simplifications & standardizations. I’d like to personally thank all my colleagues at BMI who worked with me together on SAP S4HANA, implementing Quality Standards and the collaboration with all the Work Council members to work on approval requests and advice requests.   I will always look back fondly on my time at BMI, and I sincerely hope that our paths will cross again in the future.
