About us
I specialize in compassionately empowering individuals to gain a deep awareness of LGBTQ+ identities. By providing specific tools and fostering transformative mindset shifts, I respectfully guide them on their journey to becoming the affirming and empathetic allies that the queer community rightfully deserves. Using my thoughtfully developed and proven C.A.R.E. (Compassion, Awareness, Respect, Empathy) process, individuals will: - Reflect on and challenge their personal beliefs and behaviors, acknowledge and deconstruct their intrinsic biases, and foster a deeper awareness of queer identities. - Listen actively and respectfully to queer voices, and believe their unique lived experiences, to enhance communication and empathy. - Celebrate the diversity and contributions of the queer community. - Commit to creating inclusive and affirming environments through ongoing education and ensuring informed and inclusive practices. - Collaborate with queer communities to support inclusivity and diversity, fostering meaningful partnerships. - Amplify the voices of the queer community in all settings, promoting visibility and representation. - Advocate for queer peoples’ rights and equality, actively supporting positive change by consistently demonstrating their support and affirmation through words and actions. - Embrace compassion, understanding that advocacy requires courage and resilience in the face of adversity.
