QSR Industry Talent Search Group We are a team of Career QSR operators with successful track records in the QSR industry. We are passionate about QSR Brands, their Restaurant Groups, and the talented people that make this industry great. We help QSR Groups create COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE by delivering Game-Changing Talent. We help "Hands-on," Servant Leader, Candidates find QSR organizations that have both the desire and capacity to develop and grow their people. We BELIEVE in our CLIENTS & our CANDIDATES. What is a Brand Champion? 1. BRAND TENURE: You have been with your brand for a minimum of at least five consecutive years. The longer the tenure and the bigger your responsibilities are, the more your value is to that brand. 2. BRAND SYSTEMS EXPERT: You fully understand the systems of your brand, and more importantly you can TEACH your brand's systems, both Financial and Operations Systems. 7. PEOPLE DEVELOPER: You have developed many leaders at every level within the brand, and they too are now Brand Champions. (Building your Legacy) 8.     True story--I had an opportunity to interview for a DO position with a QSR Group during Covid. It seemed like a pretty good opportunity but I had a resume with relevant experience on it instead of chronological. The recruiter said, all I need is your chronological resume. This was during Covid so we were all working 7 days trying to keep-up with HOO and keeping dining room doors open. So began a 12 day journey where I would text the recruiter and let her know that the resume was "on the way to her email soon," or "definitely doing my resume tonight" but every time I got home, I was exhausted from the 14-hour day and I would crash until morning. After too many broken promises, and no will power to create another one, I called the recruiter and told her that I would pass because I won't have the time to write a new resume. "She said that's okay, we filled that position a few days ago! So one of the many inspirations for the drive-thru lane comes from that experience. QSR operators do not have the time to sit down for hours searching for job opportunities and finding filters that just show QSR Careers. But you can join our QSR talent pool with one hand, while you hit that late night drive-thru on the way home and be finished before you get your food.     I have been worried about my boss lately. He is starting to get angry over the smallest issues. Get this..., he came to work twice this week and said he lost his shoes, and he is always forgetting conversations we've had just the day before. He said his promotion to District Manager wouldn't change who he was inside, but I swear, it is like he is two different people. Time for me to move on and find my next opportunity.     QSR Recruiting is growing both in Clients, and as a Company. We are grateful that over 540 QSR leaders have pipelined since we rolled this out last June. The drive-thrulane.com has experienced over 800% growth (Sept vs. Oct), last month with over 2000 QSR leaders visiting our job board and close to 700 pipeline submissions (540 are QSR). Yesterday, we achieved 100 District Manager Submissions and last month we surpassed over 100 Director submissions, so we just wanted to let our valued candidates know that we appreciate and value you.
