We are excited to announce that Group 1 Automotive Jaguar Land Rover Division has been named our first Retailer of the Quarter. Selected by a panel of CitNOW Group Executives from a pool of nominees, the Group 1 JLR Division excelled in improving their workshop videos and boosting team engagement. Using CitNOW Workshop since 2015 and RTC Automotive Solutions since 2020, they launched an internal competition at the start of 2024 to enhance video quality. Their efforts resulted in notable improvements: eVHCs sent increased from 54% to 90%, videos sent via SMS and email rose from 66% to 75%, and customer ratings improved from 4.66 to 4.75 in six months.
