If you use our shared ride service in Franklin County, you may recognize our operator, Bob Crebs! 🙋♂️ He joined rabbittransit in 2019 after working 25 years at a brick and stone manufacturer. As a shared ride operator, Bob's day consists of transporting riders around town while keeping them #ingoodcompany. 🚌 He appreciates the wisdom shared by the older riders he meets. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, beach trips and family time. Fun fact: while he might seem quiet, he’s an introvert who loves a good conversation! If you spot Bob, be sure to say hello! 👋

Meet Nicole Hansen – our Labor Relations Manager at rabbittransit! 🙋♀️ Before joining us in 2019, Nicole served in the U.S. Navy for 25 years. 🎖 She spends her days assisting employees with their HR needs, collaborating with the HR team, and providing advice to supervisors and managers on employee and labor relations. Nicole loves serving the community and her coworkers at rabbittransit. She has made many life-long friends here, and her favorite memories always involve her colleagues. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys attending craft fairs, going to farmers’ markets and spending time at HersheyPark. Fun fact: she once jumped off an aircraft carrier into the Indian Ocean from 36 feet up! ✈️ Join us in thanking Nicole for her dedication and service! 🙌 #ingoodcompany

Say hello to our office manager – Bev Hockenberry! 👋 Bev has been a valued member of our team for 21 years. Before joining us, she managed payroll and accounts payable, and created bills of lading at a distribution center. Now, she manages our Executive Director’s calendar, helps coordinate training, orders and restocks office supplies, and loves to help our employees to carry out our mission in every way she can. One of Bev’s favorite memories is when a retired driver dressed as Santa Claus on his last day of work before Christmas. He decorated his bus with ornaments, lights and wreaths. The driver and his wife even brought toys to give to children riding the bus that day. 🎅🎄🚍 When she’s not working, Bev enjoys growing orchids and tropical plants 🌿 and spending time with her grandchildren. 👶 Fun fact: she sings to her dogs, and they seem to enjoy it! 🎤🐶 Thanks to Bev, we know that we are truly #ingoodcompany! 

👋 Meet Jenae Green, a rabbittransit opening dispatcher in York! Before beginning her journey with us in 2016, she was a lead customer service staffer at a local library. She started with us as a customer service representative and transitioned to her current role in 2019. Jenae starts her day at 2:30 a.m., greeting all of York's drivers as they begin their morning routes. She values the relationships and trust she has built with the drivers, assisting them in navigating their routes smoothly. 🚌 One of Jenae's favorite memories is when her daughter worked at rabbittransit during summer break. Fun fact: Jenae is also a concierge to some of her current and past coworkers, helping them with travel and restaurant plans! 🛫🍽️ Let's celebrate Jenae and extend a big thank you for her hard work during those early mornings! 👏🙌 #InGoodCompany

👋 Say hi to Jason Thone, rabbittransit’s scheduler for Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties! Jason has been with us since 2016, following our merger with Union/Snyder Transportation Alliance, where he handled finances and occasionally dispatched. Jason spends his day collaborating with dispatchers and coordinating rides to ensure passengers reach their destinations smoothly. He likes seeing where riders are headed and takes pride in knowing he’s making a difference in their lives. One of his favorite memories was a bus ride, when he had the opportunity to experience firsthand what our drivers do and to meet the passengers. 🚌 Outside of work, Jason enjoys collecting physical media and birdwatching. Fun fact: he was born and raised in Minnesota. Thank you, Jason, for helping keep our riders #ingoodcompany! 🙌

rabbittransit staff attended Adams County Office for Aging's Spring Fling to share information about our services with a diverse group of adults, caregivers and persons with disabilities. Engaging with community members is an opportunity to connect and understand how our service helps enhance mobility, fosters independence and improves the lives of our riders.
