    Corsa Apartments, a five-story, 250-unit building in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, is National Green Building Standard Silver Certified! This achievement was met in partnership with Eco Achievers, a green building certification consultancy in Chicago. The list of sustainable products, features and systems at Corsa is extensive. It’s so extensive, in fact, that we surpassed our goal of Bronze certification and earned Silver. Some especially impactful features are: • high-efficiency HVAC units to reduce carbon emissions  • common area lighting control and automation features to maximize daylighting • low-flow plumbing fixtures in all units and common areas  • covered parking with 37 electric vehicle charging stations (expandable by 36) • rooftop solar panel array to reduce overall electrical usage • enhanced commissioning and energy metering to ensure the building continues to perform as it is supposed to #TheOpusGroup #DesignBuild #CommercialRealEstate

    Opus Time Lapse: Denver Tech Center Apartments Q4 2024 Construction Update Denver Tech Center, a business and economic trading center located 12 miles south of downtown Denver, has a growing population and is an expanding hub for employers, restaurants, hotels and housing. In late 2025 it will also be home to a new luxury apartment building that meets the strong demand for rental units in the area. We’re developing, designing and constructing a 253-unit multifamily development at 4600 South Syracuse Street. The seven-story building will offer studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments. The building will offer many amenities, including: • work-from-home space • fitness center and yoga studio • pool and outdoor area • clubroom with a kitchen, private dining and lounge area • game room • speakeasy/library • dog park • landscaped pond area The Denver Tech Center project is a joint venture between us, Principal Real Estate Investors and Miller Global Properties. #TheOpusGroup #DesignBuild #CommercialRealEstate

    Opus Time Lapse: Dayton Parkway Business Center Q4 2024 Construction Update Dayton Parkway Business Center is a 131,578-square-foot speculative distribution and light manufacturing facility currently under construction in Dayton, Minnesota. Located on 10 acres at 17600 Territorial Road, the development will appeal to users who want to take advantage of the new Dayton Parkway Interchange but who require smaller footprints. Before construction began, TurbinePros signed a lease for more than 87,000 square feet of the facility.
