Radical Solutions LLC works with leaders in progressive movement and political spaces. We want to ensure that, as we do the work to change systems and policies in our wider world, we are doing the work within ourselves and our organizations to root these changes in regenerative and liberatory practice. This is essential to the success of movement work, because what we embody in our personal and organizational practices is what we will reproduce in the world – no matter what our intentions.
As an Afro-Latina owned and led firm, we specialize in working with Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) leaders, and particularly Black women. We are some of the most undervalued and marginalized people in our society, communities, and organizations – yet we are also the people whose daily labor, wisdom, and talent our society relies on to function. We work to provide the support that we need as leaders to navigate our leadership roles in our full humanity. We also work with organizations to shift from the culture of exploiting and ejecting leaders like us to a culture of honoring and following us.
Our founder and team members bring more than 20 years of experience in training, facilitation, program development and management, nonprofit leadership and governance, and community organizing and issue advocacy. We have worked at every level of organizations, from executive assistant to executive director, with experience from administration to event planning to tech support.
